First Date

I took Caroline on her first "date night". It was just the two of us. We went and got ice cream and then headed to our town square where they had a mini orchestra playing music. We sat on the grass amongst the sea of lawn-chairs and Caroline danced to the music and joyously ate her ice cream. She got to stay up over an hour past bedtime (which if you know me is a rarity!) We had such a great time and it was so meaningful to have this special mother-daughter date. I love my little girl!!!!!

Fun at Lamb's Farm

For the first time, Clayton actually noticed and reacted to all the animals. He was "baa baaing" with the sheep! Caroline loved riding the tractor and seeing the animals...as long as they didn't get too close to her.

Fun at Westmoreland

On Wednesday we went to Westmoreland to play in the pool. It was 90-some degrees so the water felt GREAT!

Church Picnic

On Sunday, we went to a church picnic at our church. It was a beautiful afternoon and we had a really good time.

Family trip to "the lake"

This past week was the big "Lake" weekend with Kevin's extended family. Caroline and Clayton had lots of fun hanging out with all their cousins, aunts, and uncles. (and grandma and grandpa too!)
