We had our first big snow of the winter. Caroline LOVED playing outside and once she tasted the snow, continued to eat it for the next half hour we were outside. She had an absolute blast.
Clayton, on the other hand, was miserable. He hates to have his hands confined in mittens and promptly shakes them off. Then, since he isn't walking yet, he tried to crawl in the snow. With him being all bundled up and it being difficult to move, AND putting a bare hand in the snow to crawl (which would obviously be very uncomfortably cold)...he was absolutely miserable and cried to go back inside. We're hoping he'll "warm up" to the whole idea as the winter goes on.
