Potty training

Ready or not, I finally pushed Austin into potty-training a few weeks ago. He turned three and it was time. I bought him some "Lightning McQueen" underwear and stressed that "we don't tinkle on our friends" (a.k.a. the Lightning McQueen on his underwear.) We've had our ups and downs.  We've had many all-dry days, a few days with some accidents, and a few issues with being comfortable going #2 on the potty. All in all, it is going well.   We certainly spend a lot more time in the bathroom though!
