Kids Fishing Day

The Vernon Hills Park District held its Kids' Fishing Day at Century Park. I've been wanting to take them to this for years, but it always conflicted with a soccer game. This year, Austin's game was rescheduled, so we tried our hand at fishing.
 A local fishing club came and helped teach the kids (and clueless parents like me) what to do.
