The Grove

We went to "The Grove" in Glenview with some friends.

They have trails that lead to an old log cabin, an indian log house and bark teepee, and an old school house.

 Caroline got to practice "beating a rug", the way they used to clean them in the 1800s.

 Clayton and a replica well. Thank goodness we don't have to get our water from a well like this because I don't even want to imagine the trouble Clayton could get into with one.
