Family birthday celebrations

Austin's Planes Birthday Party

 For Austin's 5th birthday party, he wanted a Disney Planes theme.

The boys decorated clothespin wooden airplanes, and made and decorated paper airplanes. 

 We played a few games, watched the "Planes" trailer, and read a "Planes" book.

St Patrick's Day

Since none of us care for corned beef and cabbage, we opted again for corned beef hash.   The kids and I made pretzel shamrocks as our "St Patrick's Day" activity, and both Caroline and Clayton wrote short stories about leprechauns. 

Clayton was very proud of his story and even took it to school to read to his class. 

"Pi" Day

We celebrated "Pi day" (3/14) with neighbors and pie!  Bacon-leek pie, spaghetti pie, and banoffee (banana toffee) pie. Sadly, I forgot to get pictures of the group! 

Mother- Daughter Tea Party

Christine and Macaire hosted a fabulous mother-daughter tea party. Such a fun group!

Daddy Daughter Dance

Caroline and Kevin attended the St Joseph Daddy Daughter Dance at the end of February.
 How CUTE does my little girl look?  I thought she looked so darling, I wanted to freeze her in time!
