Chocolate Tea then Libertad Skokie

Phyllis, Kim, Alyssa, Caroline, and I attended a chocolate tea and got to learn about chocolate, as well as make several different chocolate projects.
Here are Caroline and Alyssa making chocolate roses and chocolate playdough.




After the tea, Kevin and I got to go out on a date night to Libertad in Skokie. 
I was hoping Kevin would like it (I had tried it before with my friend Erica), and luckily, he LOVED it!

 The scallops are literally to die for!

Veneras scallops, black rice, long beans, yuzu-habanero-butter sauce 
Acorn squash stuffed with mushroom risotto was delish!
We also loved the Asada skirt steak with chipotle goat cheese, yucca frites, tomato, and 
chimichurri.
