Lake County hosted a Lake County Farm Stroll at a number of different farms or other locations throughout the county. We only made it to 1 location, but got to see microgreens growing from a hydroponic system (built by an Eagle Scout as his final project.)
It was really interesting to see and the microgreens were quite tasty!
